Initial meeting to get an overview of your wedding day vision

Meeting 4-6 weeks before the wedding to finalize details, create a timeline, etc.

Set-up up the ceremony & reception space

Confirm each vendor on the wedding week and make delivery arrangements according to the timeline

Provide Referrals to vendors as needed

Review and implementation of wedding day timeline

Unlimited advice via telephone or e-mail

One Coordinator & one assistant coordinator

Point of contact for vendors, including the reception site and caterer

Provide advice on traditions, protocols, and etiquette

Handle queries or issues that may arise on the day of the wedding

Coordinate processional, toasts, cake cutting, etc.

Orchestrate Rehearsal & Ceremony

Monthly to-do emails

Venue Walkthrough

Distribute flowers to the wedding party

Direct guests to their seats

Place & Return personal items to a designated family or friend

Distribute final payments and tips to vendors

One Assistant plus lead planner

Tear-down of ceremony and reception space.

Use emergency kit as needed

Assist vendors in cleaning up/taking down the event and make sure the location is left as when we arrived- Please note that the client is responsible for designating a company/ person for trash disposal at the end of the event if not provided by the venue.)
Prices Start at $2,850.00
For locations more than 20 miles away from the NYC radius, a 60 cents per mile charge will be added to the package prices.
Hotel accommodation expenses may also be incurred for locations more than 25 miles away from the NYC.
**Additional on-site coordinator, $50.00/hour**(applies on events of 150+ guests)
