  • Oversee the proper execution set-up of all ceremony and reception details.

  • Full wedding day of Coordination for one lead planner & one assistant.

  • Orchestrate Rehearsal & Ceremony.

  • Venue Walkthroughs.

  • Distribute flowers to the wedding party and pin boutonnieres.

  • Direct guests to their seats.

  • Place & return personal items at the end of the event.

  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors.

  • Tear-down of ceremony and reception space.

  • Manage the wedding as needed.

  • Provide wedding day emergency kit.



Prices Start at $4,500

This caters to couples who have checked off some major items on the list but still need assistance to finish.

Usually stars 8-6 months in advance of the wedding day .
