Service Description

It is very stressful to have all planned out and wants things to go well without a hitch. You need to have someone to depend on that will make sure all those knots are tied and everything goes according to plan. This is our month of coordination. Our package includes the following: *Two consultations meetings to finalize details *Development and management of event timeline * Detail confirmation with all vendors *Floor plan review and venue walkthrough a week before the event * Ongoing Vendor and guest point of contact * Manage the event setup and tear down * Rehearsal direction *Event day supervision *Unlimited phone calls, texts, and emails

Cancellation Policy

There’s a two week cancellation notice and a non refundable deposit
