Event design is the process of creating a vision for an event by crafting a visual plan of all the decor details around your special occasion to transform your space into a unique and personalized event. Our process Initial Consultation We’ll spend some time getting to know you, your story, and what you respond to visually. We will look over your Pinterest boards and take elements you really want to incorporate. We will talk through things like what you enjoy together, what your favorite moments and we work with you to bring into your design those details. Preparation We begin by creating a design inspiration board to show the overall event style. The color palette, decor, and wedding details can all be developed on the board. We will use our inspiration board and our shared ideas throughout the planning process when choosing flowers, linens, rentals, decor, stationery, and cake design. We can visit rental studios and select linens together. We will connect you with vendors that match your vision, budget and who will complement the direction of the event. Implementation We will run all the logistics with the vendors selected and create a timeline. On your wedding day, we are there to make sure that every detail of your wedding design is executed just as you had imagined, and you are able to enjoy the ambiance and compliments from your guests! PACKAGE ELEMENTS –Design and provide a floor plan layout – Complete wedding design concept – Help with sourcing decor, gifts, and attire – Multiple Venue site visits –Help to select and order rentals such as chairs, linens, and place settings. – Inspiration board creation – Color palette creation – Booking + planning of all vendor design meetings – Prop and decor resourcing – Planner acts as the main point of contact for all Design-based vendors – Attendance at vendor design meetings – Décor sourcing assistance – Rental management

Cancellation Policy

There’s a two week cancellation notice and a non refundable deposit
